Yahaira Customer Review
Overall Rating
Overall I had a bad experience. I followed their sizing chart and everything pointed to me being small. When I received it, it looked so tiny. But I trusted the chart and believed it would stretch. I struggled so hard to get into it and even broke a nail in the process. I still thought - maybe it's bc it's my first fitting. Well once it was on, it kept rolling down from the top. It also felt really tight at the thighs. I reached out to them to get some answers and possible reassurance that it should fit this way. But instead, they confirmed I was one of those "in-between sizes". I asked them to make an exception with their refund/exchange policy this once. But they just pushed me to buy another shapewear in Medium. Another one?! I'm not even done paying the first one-off and they're wanting me to buy a new one? I feel like they're sizing chart could be a little more clear but they said I should have called. Why would I need to call when they have a detailed chart and everything pointed to me being small? So I have to say: poor quality because you may injure yourself trying to get into this shapewear. Poor customer service because I felt zero compassion trying to understand where I was coming from. It's disappointing to spend $100 on a product and it not work out - especially when I was doing everything based on the website guidelines. I didn't feel like they were sorry or really understood that I just gave up something in my life to support them and their business. Every customer should matter and I did NOT feel this at all. I felt like they just wanted more money and didn't really care that their info online isn't clear. It's probably a real money maker for them to sell people a small and then have them buy another size up when they realize its too small. Then instead of taking ownership - they blame the buyer...Just wow. Disappointed.
